    Silicom 40G智能型bypass（IS40）是Silicom第二代外置主动型bypass设备，当网络故障或设备维护时可有效保证网络完整性。IS40可自动生成心跳并控制操作模式。IS40是一款1U主机系统，支持40G 、10G/1G 两种形态的bypass模块，每个40G 模块支持1路bypass，每个10G/1G模块支持2路bypass，每个主机中最多可插入3个模块。它有4种工作模式：Inline、Bypass、Tap和Linkdrop。Inline模式下，IS40将网络数据转发到内联的网络系统。Bypass模式下，IS40将数据绕过内联设备端口，直接从网络端口转发到另一个网络端口。Tap模式，通过NET0口的信息被镜像到MON0，通过NET1的信息被镜像到MON1。Linkdrop模式，IS40将关闭在NET0和NET1上的连接，模拟交换机/路由器线路连接断开的情形。




  • 　功能概述　
    　IS40会自动生成心跳包发送到Monitor / Network 端口连接的网络设备，网络设备收到心跳包后转发到IBS的另外一个端口（即桥接
    　 心跳包）。IS40监测到传回的心跳包后维持Inline模式。 当IS40没有监测到从网络设备传回的心跳包时，将切换至Bypass, Tap，　Linkdrop模式。当网络设备恢复后，IBS侦测到传回的心跳包，将切换回Inline模式。当发生电源故障、链路失败、软件挂起、
    　系统崩溃或用户发出指令时，IS40将把数据绕过它的以太网Monitor端口，形成旁路。
    　IS40包含双重Bypass安全架构。此架构是基于两个Bypass路由线路：一个主动的Bypass线路和一个被动的Bypass线路。如果主　动的bypass线路失败，被动的bypass线路会自动激活。

    　IS40能够通过下列方式配置应用：
    　 - 通过串口可进行简单的命令行配置管理，以太网口使用Telnet或SSH。
    　 - Web接口管理界面
    　 - SNMP（简单网络管理协议）

    BACK

    One bi-color LED indication that integrated on each power supply module:
    Power Switch On – Geern color.
    Standby(AC/DC In,Only +5VSB output) – Blinking Green color.
    Power Fail – Red color.
    Internal Fan Fail – Blinking Red.

    From ON to OFF –
    Press and hold this push button during 4 second will perform firmware shutdown
